I love raspberries. There is a liqueur that captures the essence of that flavor. It is Chambord Liqueur. It comes in a squat bottle with a crown cap. It is expensive. And excellent. And worth every penny. A little goes a long way. I don't drink it. I use it as a flavoring in foods. My favorite is to drizzle a little on a mixed fruit dessert. Maybe over some whipped cream. Really adds class to the dessert. You should get comments about how distinctive the dessert tastes. I know it is expensive, but get a small bottle and you will be hooked.
