Quick and Easy Chili

Ingredients:

1 tbsp of olive oil
2 slices of onion, diced
ground meat (optional)
1 can of beer
1 can of Rotel's Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies(10 oz.)
1 can of Bush's Best Chili Hot Beans (16 oz)
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 to 5 dashes of Habanero sauce

Directions
Put a little oil in the bottom of a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add the diced onions and saute. Once the onions are started add ground meat if you must. Brown the meat.

Next, add the beans, Rotel's and beer, crushed garlic clove and (for the truly adventurous) the habanero sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

I put a dollop of Hunt's Barbeque Sauce on the bottom of my bowl before filling it. It gives a sweet taste I enjoy. Others like it without the BBQ sauce. Try it each way.
