We love Mexican foods. And what would a Mexican food meal be without chips for the salsa (or guacomole). I don't have an outstanding regular baked tortilla chip. We eat the "Baked Tostitios" brand low fat chips. They are ok, but their main virtue is the lack of fat. However, we take the fat grams we saved on the baked chips and spend them on an outstanding blue corn chip from Garden of Eatin'. I'm bragging about their "Red Hot Blues" They are called "Hot and Spicy," and they have a mild kick that is different. Try a bag and impress yourself, and your friends.
