I'm always on the lookout for "healthy" snacks that taste good. And Frito Lay has come through with their Rold Gold "Honey Mustard" bite-size pretzels. I tell people they taste like hamburgers. What I mean is that the mustard taste, combined with the pretzel's similarity to the taste of hamburger buns, reminds me of old fashioned hamburgers, with lots of mustard.
So they have the taste down. And they do a pretty good job on the "healthy" part. The serving size is a respectable twelve pieces. Sugars are two grams and carbs are 20 grams. Total fats are 5 grams. Total calories are 130. Not bad for snack food. Especially given the amount of "taste satisfaction" in those twelve pieces. Give them a try.
