I was at a meeting one night, and food was served. Someone had brought an assortment of lettuces for a salad, and there was a selection of salad dressings on display. I am always trying new salad dressings and one of the Newman's Own selections caught my eye. It was Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger. Normally, I would pass on a "light" version of a food, figuring that there would have to be a serious compromise with flavor. Still, none of the other dressings looked that good so I decided to give the Newman's a try.
Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The taste was intense. The dressing just shouted Thai food. I love Thai food, so that was a good thing. I have had sesame ginger dressings from other companies, but this is by far the best tasting one so far. It has a great bouquet and a wonderful blend of soy sauce, sesame, ginger some other magical ingredient that I have yet to identify. In a word, it is wonderful.
